I've lost my license key. Can you resend it to me?

Please fill in the e-mail address that we should have on file for you. If the e-mail address can be found in our database then your license key(s) will be emailed to you automatically.

 

I can't see the button for NoMoreDupes in my Outlook!

Sometimes Outlook disables the NoMoreDupes add-in.
In this case click on the Outlook menu 'Help' > 'About' > 'Disabled Items'
If 'NoMoreDupes for Outlook' is listed here then just enable it and restart Outlook.

In Outlook 2007 you click on the menu 'Help' > 'Disabled Items' to enable 'NoMoreDupes for Outlook' again.

In Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010 you find 'NoMoreDupes for Outlook' in the ribbon bar at the top of your Outlook window.

NoMoreDupes didn't find all duplicates!

It's very hard to decide if two items are a duplicate or not.
At the end of the day only you know exactly if two items are the same. If NoMoreDupes doesn't find all duplicates then you can adjust the criteria which NoMoreDupes uses to find your duplicates.


Click on the button 'NoMoreDupes' > 'Search for duplicates' > 'Settings' to edit the criteria.
Then search again for Outlook duplicates.
