I can't see the button for NoMoreDupes in my Outlook!

Sometimes Outlook disables the NoMoreDupes add-in.
In this case click on the Outlook menu 'Help' > 'About' > 'Disabled Items'
If 'NoMoreDupes for Outlook' is listed here then just enable it and restart Outlook.

In Outlook 2007 you click on the menu 'Help' > 'Disabled Items' to enable 'NoMoreDupes for Outlook' again.

NoMoreDupes didn't find all duplicates!

It's very hard to decide if two items are a duplicate or not.
At the end of the day only you know exactly if two items are the same. If NoMoreDupes doesn't find all duplicates then you can adjust the criteria which NoMoreDupes uses to find your duplicates.


Click on the button 'NoMoreDupes' > 'Search for duplicates' > 'Options' > tab 'Criteria' to edit the criteria.
Then search again for Outlook duplicates.
