Quickstart for the fastest Outlook duplicate remover

Starting NoMoreDupes to get rid of your Outlook duplicates

When you start your Outlook next time after the installation you will see the evaluation screen.

If you already have a license key then enter your name, your email address and the key and click on 'Register'.  

If not then click on 'Start'.

In the left bottom corner of your Outlook you will find the button for NoMoreDupes for Outlook.

Search your duplicates in Outlook

For searching your duplicates click on NoMoreDupes > Search duplicates and a dialogue will open where you can select the folders you want to examine.  

Click on the button 'Search duplicates' to examine your Outlook items.

Control the deletion of your doubled entries in Outlook

NoMoreDupes for Outlook found 4 duplicates which are displayed in a preview:

The older duplicate is already ticked.
At this step you can manually decide what item the real duplicate is.
The appropriate item will be popping up if you double click on an entry.
If you right click on the root of each duplicate then all corresponding items will be opened and then you are able to decide easily what item you want to delete or not.  

Remove you duplicated Outlook items

Click on 'Remove duplicates' will start the process of removing your duplicates.
You will find the deleted items in your folder 'Deleted items'.

At the end of the deleting process you can have a look at the log file if you want.
